
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all players, please follow these guidelines while using the University Club Tennis Courts:
1. Court Reservations

Always reserve your court in advance online, by phone, or through the front desk.

Members may book only one court at a time for 1.5 hours, unless otherwise discussed with management.

Arrive on time and vacate promptly at the end of your reserved time.
2. Guest Policy

Members must accompany guests at all times.

Non-members must pay the required $10 guest fee before playing.
3. Attire & Equipment

Wear proper tennis attire and non-marking tennis shoes.

Avoid cleats or shoes with aggressive treads that can damage the court.

Handle all equipment with care. Return balls, racquets, and other equipment to the Tennis Shop or proper storage.
4. Court Conduct

Respect all players on and off the court.

Keep noise to a minimum and avoid unnecessary disruptions.

Do not cross through courts with people actively playing.

Do not play on wet or unsafe courts.
5. Safety

Ensure that children under 16 are accompanied by an adult.

Follow all posted safety rules and signage.
6. General Courtesy

Yield courts to waiting players when appropriate.

Pick up balls from surrounding courts.
-
Leave the court clean and ready for the next players.
