Access & Hours:

• The Sports Complex Gym is available to members from 4:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
• Guests must pay the $10 guest fee before using the facility.
• Members must accompany their guests at all times.

Minors & Supervision:

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Unsupervised children are not allowed in the gym.
• Members who allow unsupervised children may face suspension from the Sports Complex.

Attire & Conduct:

• Proper workout attire and gym shoes are required.
• No food, alcohol, pets, or horseplay is permitted.
• Wipe down equipment after use and return it to its proper location.

Safety & Courtesy:

• Follow all posted safety rules and instructions from staff.
• Be mindful of others and share equipment as needed.
