Activity Room

The activity room is connected to the pool and is ideal for smaller events of around 40 people. The space includes access to the green space behind the building.

• Rental Fee: $150 (outside of pool season
• Perfect for: summer swim parties, showers, community events, and club socials

Playground Parties

For parties that include children, playground rental is required.

• Playground Party Fee: $25.00 (3-hour use)
• Inflatables (if applicable): $25.00 per inflatable
• Tables and Chairs (Optional): $5.00 per table, $1.00 per chair. Quantities must be requested in advance and are subject to availability
• The playground remains open to other residents and guests during your event; this reservation does not grant exclusive use
